Dr. Landfield is a Kentucky native who brings over 10 years of experience to Kentucky Neurology and Rehab. He is board certified in Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine, and Headache Medicine. He attended the University of Kentucky medical school after receiving his undergraduate degree at Clemson University.
He completed his residency at Oregon Health and Science University. Dr. Landfield then served as the Stroke Director at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, TX prior to returning to Kentucky to begin his practice.
In his spare time, Dr. Landfield enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and sports.
Rachel is a Lexington native who is board certified as a nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been certified in Neuroscience, Critical Care, and Peri Anesthesia nursing and received her masters degree through Simmons College in Boston. She also enjoys running, traveling, and her two dogs.
Elizabeth Northcutt, APRN has resided in Kentucky for the last 24 years. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Elizabeth has 16 years of diverse nursing experience to include: Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice and Critical Care. She completed her Master’s Degree at Frontier Nursing University in 2014 where she graduated with honors. In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.
